Public life is such an unforgiving business. Things people say and do are public and reputations are forever. Stars who were once in high demand and on several big budget movies are today practically begging for parts they never would have considered before.
But when someone is a complete dick and no one wants to work with them, things hit a brick wall. Movie stars like Shia Lebouf are effectively blacklisted because of this. Lloyd finds himself in the same predicament.
With that said, his 420 patrons + YT members are artificially high for his quality and quantity of work. Like a footballer or NBA star in the tail end of their career, heās playing out the last years of his contract that wonāt be renewed. These numbers are correcting themself and have been for some time. Newbies are finding him nowhere near what he may have came recommended as and are finding other creators. It is so hard to reboot in this public sphere.
When heās giving everyone the finger with his non-apology and threatening people with lawsuits, it only hastens his fading star.
Heāll return thinking heās solved his problem once and for all. A few new things will be attempted but they wonāt stick.

Many have offered hospitality to him over the years. Lloyd has stated repeatedly that he wanted to visit LA again - a probable sign that he enjoyed the hookers on the Sunset Strip last time round.
Pure speculation - what if what set off this summerās meltdown was his realisation that there wasnāt anyone out there even remotely close to the relationship he ended? He starts making overtures towards her about reconciling, only she wasnāt having it. Perhaps even revealing that she was already seeing someone and that they needed to move forward with the divorce.
Having no luck with the Zagreb crowd he was trying to cozy up to and likely being turned down flat once the prostitute addiction became known, he tried to re-kindle something back home.
Yet another lonely holiday season, so he flees to LA for some action on Sunset Blvd. Thus the need for the hotel room instead of a room in the home of his patron.

I watched some of that Daniel Torridon video. He's a horrible and extremely dull presenter, losing the viewer in all sorts of tangents. The tl;dr is that he's whining about how he's not getting views/subs in the exJW community, the results of a poll he put up that said he was boring (true), and about how he's not really a Lloyd Evans supporter, but still manages to defend him against these horrible exJWs.
Which non-coincidentally makes him a perfect guest for the Lloyd Evans Channel.
Good riddance. The guy is full of himself and so desperately craves a foothold outside the exJW bubble, but is struggling since his viewers want exJW content. Lloyd reached out to him through his "Personal Assistant" as Daniel related and wanted him on.
Two pathetic middle aged men who are tired of the exJW scene but still crave the adulation.

Heās had wealthy backers practically from the time he started. Richard Kelly was the brainiac who shipped him a BMW and then covered the import and registration taxes when Jabba the Hutt complained that he couldnāt afford it.
What was he going to do? Let the car sit in customs impound? Dick come get your car, itās in Croatia.
On his mini-begging video to Patrons in January, he related that he would have been forced to close the company in late 2022 had it not been one-time donations of substantial amounts from unnamed backers. Lloyd lies all the time about his finances. His trick is convincing these wealthy backers into thinking heās about to close up shop for good.
Imagine if you were one of these backers who sent him thousands to keep the company afloat and Tibor/Dijana employed, only to see it all happen anyway and here he is on holiday trying to get motivated?
He either has it or he doesnāt - especially for work he considers ālife-savingā. If heās off somewhere for āintrospectionā and canāt be bothered to āsave livesā, then this isnāt your guy, exJWs. Many activists have taken breaks but this is the only one who needs to go on holiday and ārechargeā. All the others just went back to their secular jobs.
He has no problem motivating himself to go out and play guitar for the handful of people who show up to these bars. But he canāt manage to sit on his ass, cook some rough transcript up, turn the camera on and talk about JWs and get his āatta-boysā from the 200 or so comments.
As with the JWs, people have to wake up according to their own level of critical thinking. Heās the only paid full time activist, yet heās being eclipsed by people who are barely paid or not at all. Some are beginning to put it all together.

t's a pattern of behavior. He has become accustomed to doing it
The āintrospectionā has been going on for close to two years now and itās progressively getting worse. Iām old enough to remember a time when he spoke of āsex workersā in the plural sense as well as the non-sex worker who was sitting on his lap in the pic. Funny how he has not spoken of her since. Now itās āI briefly dated a sex worker in Thailandā.
How much longer until he denies outright he ever saw sex worker(s) there and it was all elephants, beaches, scuba and Thai food?
Everyone else saw this for what it was and has moved on from him in one sense or another. The only one still stuck in 2021 is him and a handful of supporters from that era. The reason why he keeps needing these soul searching trips is because heās still in search of one.
Anyone with a shred of dignity would have long ago ditched this scene where so many have condemned and consistently mocked him. Heās here for the payday and perks (such as the free holiday) and itās somehow our fault his daughters will find out the truth about him and what he did.
The disappearing act and constant rebranding is doing more harm than good as we can see with the patrons ditching after he blabs out loud about how heās not fulfilling his scheduled zoom calls because heās on a donor funded holiday.
Why even mention a viewer paid for all of it and that heās more than happy to oblige?! Heās wiping their faces in his excesses and thinks theyāll all come round to him when he gets back and talks about Jehovah some more. You only get one chance to make a first impression and heās losing even the ones who have no idea about Thailand.
This is a train wreck of epic proportions. Heās ignoring the wreck and is going full speed ahead.
